Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing. I am not responsible for packages shipped back to me for insufficient address. If a package is returned to me, you will be asked to repay the shipping fee to ship back to the correct address. If you notice the address is wrong after ordering, you have 24 hours to email me the correct info before I print the label to be shipped. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be shipped. After orders are shipped, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for your package to arrive. For international orders, please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Packages are always sent with USPS.

Damaged or Lost Packages.

I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carrier mishandling. Once the package is shipped, it is out of my control what happens to the package. Check tracking numbers frequently, which will be attached to your PayPal order once shipped. Make sure someone is home/able to receive the package to limit the possibility of theft. If your tracking number does not update within 72 hours of it being shipped, complete a help request form on USPS Website. After 7 days of completing the form, if the tracking is still not updated you can submit a missing mail search request on USPS Website by clicking here.

Due to my products being one of a kind and handmade, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault (i.e. wrong item sent.)

Please note, that due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a accurate reproduction of the actual product.

we do combine orders and ship items all together when possible to reduce our shipping carbon footprint. some items that are "textiles" will not be combined with your ready-to-ship orders because they will ship to you straight from the warehouse.
